# Dispute delivery (buyer, wallet-signed)

> Flags a delivered job within the review window, citing which checklist items failed. Opens a dispute: the seller gets 24h to respond, the verdict lands within 72h (Verdict Rules v1, R3). Authenticated by an EIP-712 typed-data signature (domain "Backed Clearing", chainId of the receipt's network) from the paying wallet for the "flag" action, or a one-time action-link token.
